Beasy724 Wellness Community Event 2020

NORTHWEST ARKANSAS !!!    BEASY724: WELLNESS COMMUNITY EDITION IS HERE!  This event incorporates professionals in the wellness community assisting participants through Beasy724: the bodyweight training class for the event.  Individually, we may not be the solution, but TOGETHER we will make a huge impact on your lives by actively showing the community how we can be an alternative solution in your Health & Wellness Journey.  

This event will feature the following:

b|easy724:  The infamous bodyweight training class that challanges you mentally and physically.  This class is geared towards accommodating a large range of fitness levels so you can focus on you and get yours!  Very low impact as the movements are slow but are continuous, targeting mobility and strength endurance.              

Format: Warmup, b|easy724, Cool down, Mingle(recover)

Live DJ:  DJ Derrick on the 1s and 2s keeping the environment live and ready for action. 

SWAG  BAG: It's a must that we share a few of our favorite things in appreciation for you hanging out with us.

BRUNCH: Waffles, chicken hor d'oeuvres, fruit, and beverages

Wellness Community: The Health and Wellness professionals in the community will be on hand assisting you through the class as well as provide information about their services and how it applies to you. The professionals range from Massage Therapists, Yoga Instuctors, Personal Trainers, Chiropractors, Body Builders, Physcial Therapists, Mental Health Therapists, and more!

Donation:  A portion of the proceeds will be donated towards Arkansas Arts Academy Charter School.  This donation will go towards school lunch assistance.  So even if your don't participate feel free to give a donation.  So come out and get your gift AND be a gift.
